Disconnectable electric drive is a solution recommended especially for medium and large mushroom growers who put strong pressure on the continuous growth of harvesting productivity, thus expecting a quick return of investment.

Quick assembly and disassembly definitely simplifies activities connected with preparing the rooms growing for the steaming process.

Thanks to the disconnectable electric drive we gain valuable time and space without the need to dismantle the trolleys from the rooms.

The disconnectable drive is also available as an additional option for self-assembly to the picking lorries equipped with a manual winch.

In case of using the drive as an additional option, our company will analyse the application of the drive according to The Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (CE marking), to ensure the necessary safety and ergonomics of work when harvesting mushrooms.

Construction

The electric drive has a modular design, to enable quick assembly and disassembly of some of its units. Detachable units of the drive include: the control panel, electric box and drive unit. Drum unit is fixed to the moving frame of the lorry. On the control panel there are buttons for controlling the winch, and the safety button.

Electric box with the battery contains controls for the electric winch. Additionally, the electric drive is equipped with a limit switch that limits the movement of the platform. The modular design of the drive can be limited according to the customer’s requirements.

How much does the detachable electric drive cost and what is the delivery time?

The price of the detachable electric drive depends on the selected configuration and the scope of adaptation to your cart, so it is quoted individually after contact. The delivery lead time is agreed individually after order confirmation and depends on the technical specification and availability. Where do you ship and do you provide installation or self-installation options?

We ship our products throughout Poland, and international shipping is available upon request. The detachable electric drive can be purchased as an accessory for self-installation or provided as a professional adaptation to your existing cart. This flexibility allows clients to choose the most suitable installation option for their operation.

What components are included and how is the drive installed and operated?

The drive kit includes an electric drum drive, a remote control panel mounted on the cart, and a power-control module. Thanks to its modular design, the system allows easy mounting and dismounting, which is especially useful for cleaning or maintenance. The detachable drive can also be installed on carts previously equipped with manual winches and is available as a standalone accessory without purchasing a full cart.

Is the drive suitable for mushroom farm conditions and can it be adjusted to shelving racks?
