What is the delivery time after ordering a scale?

Delivery and fulfillment time are arranged individually after order confirmation.

Shipping is available within Poland; for international delivery please contact us.

Which scale models do you offer?

Compact scales (e.g. OHAUS Valor 1000), pallet, platform scales from VE series, and larger models like Valor 2000 / 4000.

Are the scales suitable for humid, wet mushroom-farm environments?

Yes — some models offer high water / dust protection (IP68), allowing use even under wet conditions or partial water exposure. 

Is the compact scale easy to move?

Yes — Valor 1000 is compact, lightweight, with stainless-steel pan and ABS housing — easy to transport.

Do the scales meet food-safety / hygiene standards?

Yes — compact models like Valor 1000 come with food-safe certification / compliance, suitable for weighing mushrooms.

Are the measurements precise enough for mushroom harvest use?

Yes — compact scales offer high precision (e.g. ±0.5 g) and fast stabilization — suitable for sorting and weighing mushrooms.

Can the scales be washed / cleaned after harvest?

Yes — waterproof models (Valor 2000 / 4000) are designed for cleaning and disinfection, important in humid farm conditions.

Are scales available with legal verification for commercial use?

Yes — some models are offered with legalisation / calibration option.

Do the scales have additional functions useful in harvest / packing?

Yes — control-weighing, totalization (sum), quick unit switching, and even piece-counting in certain platform models.

Can the scale operate without mains electricity?

Yes — e.g. Valor 1000 is battery-powered, making it useful in spots without power outlets.

Is there warranty, and co-vered damages?

There is a warranty, but it excludes mechanical damage and water damage / flooding.
