List of basic materials used in the construction of our machines:
• aluminium
• stainless steel
• carbon steel
• plastics
Such a choice of materials is just the beginning of a much more complex analysis as far as processing technology is concerned. It guarantees maintenance of dimension tolerance and does not lead to decrease of the level of the elements’ features. In the process of construction we use i.a.:
• cornice brake for detailed elements as well as 3 meter long plates
• multiaxial treatment centre (lathe-milling) both vertical and horizontal operating in the semi-automatic and automatic cycles
• efficient laser for cutting different kinds of steel
• punching-press
• technology of cutting with water which is indispensible in cutting fragile materials, brass and thicker steel elements
