The exchange of information, opinions and experience is something without which we cannot imagine growth figuratively (mushroom growing) and literally (business development). This is why we are keen to participate in all industry seminars.
One of them is “Switch to winter in MUSHROOM growing”, during which Michał Kustusch shared his knowledge about mushroom farm equipment.
What was the seminar about?
The final UMDIS session covered the following topics:
- the difference between summer and winter in the mushroom growing process.
- how to deal with compost that is too cold
- how to change the watering schedule in winter
- cooling down during the winter months
- is it worth increasing CO2 concentration?
- mycelium dew in winter — how to create it and why it is so important?
- covering soil and its structure.
Is it worth attending such a seminar?
As a company that has been operating in this industry for years, we will say quite simply — YES. Such meetings are an opportunity to exchange experiences, opinions and a time in which we improve ourselves as entrepreneurs and mushroom growers. We are delighted that Michał was able to take part in the session, where he shared what he believes are the most important things in the context of growing mushrooms and how GROWTIME helps achieve these goals.
