The last 12 months have been full of new challenges and hard work. We are delighted to have been able to end the past year with GROWTH not only in terms of profit but also in terms of experience.
GROWTIME sales volume increased while maintaining a constant, irreplaceable staff. They deserve the greatest thanks, as the mixture of improvement and systematization of internal processes resulted in better performance and a stronger position in the market.
The greatest achievements of 2023
One of the most important achievements of 2023 was the completion of work on the „Smart Touch” weighing system.
This innovative system improves the ergonomics and efficiency of the pickers and also allows integration with NEWTON and PASCAL mushroom picking trolleys. In the meantime, we have refined the functionality of the energy recovery system, which we continue to improve. The energy recovery system involves charging batteries while braking the drives (this creates the so-called green energy).
In May, we presented our innovative solutions at the international trade fair “Mushroom Days” in the Netherlands. As a result, the company established new contacts and gained valuable feedback from customers from all over the world. This gave us the impetus to expand the product range we had already presented in the Netherlands, which included everyday products such as work clothing, insect light lamps and consumable products such as HDPE protective foil for growing nets.
Furthermore, in the last quarter of 2023, we signed a contract to supply Pascal hydraulic trolleys to one of the mushroom farms near Siedlce. This agreement proves that customers increasingly appreciate the high quality of GROWTIME products. Why did the client choose us? We adhere to the principle that every component used must meet the relevant requirements and standards, and that the designed solutions we offer must increase the profitability of our customers’ business while keeping our prices competitive. This argument turned out to be the most important, and we would like to thank you very much for your trust and faith in our solutions.
Using the national potential of the UMDIS Agency (represented by Inna Ustylovska and Maksym Yenchenko), of which we are a partner, we organized workshops on mushroom picking technology. The event was aimed at presenting the functionality of the company’s products to customers and exchanging experiences.
